An Incredibly Simple Implementation Process

  • Implementation Kick Off Transition from sales and commence implementation.
  • 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE EFFECTIVE DATE Employee Onboarding & Benefits Enrollment Employees must first complete onboarding to Aspen’s iSolved People HRIS before benefits enrollment can be opened. Client and Aspen will need to agree on open and close windows for both processes.
  • AT LEAST 8 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE CHECK DATE Client Trainings – Payroll & Admin Portal Schedule deadlines for critical administrator training on the payroll system, reporting, employee maintenance, and review mock payroll.
  • Effective Date This date generally coincides with benefits effective date and/or pay period start date.
  • A few weeks after effective date First Check Date Employees will receive direct deposit or paycheck.

To complete the implementation process with Aspen HR, there are a few closing items to take care of.

Sample Payroll Funding Schedule

Aspen HR makes payroll funding easy and convenient for you and your employees. Here is how a typical payroll cycle works with Aspen HR:

MONDAY
Payroll Processing
Payroll processing begins
TUESDAY
Payroll due for ACH

Payroll approval due no later than 12 PM (company headquarter’s time zone) for ACH.

WEDNESDAY
Money debited via ACH
Funds are going to be debited from Client’s account via ACH.
THURSDAY
Bank processing

Waiting for the bank to finish processing payroll

FRIDAY
Employees see credit

Payroll check date, employee sees the credit in their bank account
